- After payment we will send you the gift voucher with the discount code.
- The recipient of the gift voucher chooses a day and time, makes a reservation through our website and fills in the discount code during the payment process.
- The discount will be deducted from the total amount to be paid.
We can also send the gift card by post to you or the recipient, or it can be picked up at our location.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These conditions apply to all printed and digital gift vouchers issued by Rock City Escape.
Each (printed) gift voucher is provided with a unique code. You must keep the gift voucher with the code carefully. In case of theft (including the use of the code by unauthorized third parties) or loss, no compensation will take place. Only original gift vouchers and codes can be used. Rock City Escape reserves the right to accept a gift voucher only after receipt of the original gift voucher to request payment in cash in case of improper use.
In order to use a gift voucher you must enter the code mentioned on the voucher when booking the desired date/time. The value of the gift voucher will then be deducted from the total amount of the order. If you make an order that is cheaper than the value of the gift voucher, then the remaining amount will expire. The residual value is not exchangeable for money.
If your order is higher in value than the redeemed value of the gift voucher, then you have to pay this difference. As soon as the payment has been received, your order will be processed.
The gift voucher has a validity of one year after issue, unless otherwise indicated. After the expiration date the gift voucher can no longer be redeemed.
Gift vouchers issued by Rock City Escape are only redeemable for a visit to escape room Bloody Mary, escape room Soup du Jour, escape room Poppet or scavenger hunt Het Spookklooster, and are not redeemable for cash.
It is not allowed to change, falsify, undermine or otherwise affect the gift voucher(s) or its operation.
Every (attempt to) fraud or other not permitted action is registered and results that the use of gift vouchers is denied.
Rock City Escape is not responsible for the operation of the gift voucher(s) and accepts no liability for damage caused by the use or inability to use the gift voucher(s). Exclusion of liability does not apply to damage due to intent or gross negligence on the part of Rock City Escape. In this case the liability is limited to compensation of direct damage to persons or property.
These gift voucher terms and conditions may be changed from time to time. Rock City Escape shall announce changes in a timely manner on the website. We advise you to consult the Gift Voucher Conditions each time before using a Gift Voucher. If you continue to use the Gift Voucher(s) after the changes have taken effect, you accept the modified Gift Voucher Conditions.
