Purposes of data processing

The personal data you have provided to us in order to be able to use services provided by Rock City Escape, will only be used for the purposes mentioned below. We will therefore never sell your personal details to third parties.

What do we use your personal information for?

  1. The most important thing is that we can inform you when necessary about the reserved services. After booking we will send you a confirmation e-mail with all the details. In addition, you will receive a reminder e-mail the day before your reservation, and a thank you e-mail at the end of your visit.
  2. We ask for your phone number, so we can contact you quickly. We would only do this in exceptional cases: for example when your group is not present at the reservation time, when there are unforeseen calamities (the building is on fire, so your reservation can’t go through), etc.
  3. Address, zip code and city do not have to be entered. These are optional details that we only use if an invoice has to be sent afterwards. In that case we already have the data and we don’t have to work on the spot with pen and paper, with a chance of writing errors, etc. In addition, we just like to know where our guests are from.
  4. If you have any questions or complaints about our services, we will try to help you as soon as possible. In some cases we also need your personal information, such as your name, email address and/or telephone number.

What do we NOT use your personal data for?

  1. We do not use your personal information to provide you with targeted and relevant content.
  2. We do not create a profile of you based on your personal information.
  3. We do not show you targeted ads, products and offers or sell available advertising space to third parties.
  4. We do not currently have a newsletter or use your personal information for such purposes. If in the future we may send you a regular newsletter, information about promotions, etc., we will, with your permission, keep you informed of interesting news about Rock City Escape. Rock City Escape will process your personal data for this purpose, if you have explicitly registered and given your permission. If you no longer wish to receive this information, you can always unsubscribe via the unsubscribe option in every email sent.
